Divine Heart and Multispecialty Hospital Lucknow, has set up a separate Neonatal ICU with Phototherapy equipment with Neonatal ventilators, monitors and infusion pumps to provide medical care to neonates and pediatric age group of patients, who are suffering from Heart Diseases. This ICU shall be managed by a group of well trained doctors. Though we are occasionally perfornming neonatal and pediatric cardiac surgery besides adult surgery. This unit shall be a separate unit of Congenital and Pediatric Cardiac Sciences including medical and surgical. This is for your kind information and support.

The department of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery has ultra-modern and modular operating suites with central oxygen and air supply and vaccum system supported by fully automatic generator facility to ensure 24 hours uninterrupted electrical supply.

All types of open heart and closed heart surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) by conventional method and beating heart or off pump, valves repair and replacement, correction of birth defects are being routinely performed. The operating risk of less than 1% for patients undergoing CABG and 2% for valve replacement is comparable to any of these best centres in the world.
