An alumnus of KGMC, Lucknow (now KGMU) of 1977 Batch, joined the Armed Forces Medical services as a doctor on 3 rd January 1984 and served in various part of country and abroad (Sri Lanka). He has provided medical services to soldiers & civilians at any time of needs whether war/ disaster/flood hit areas etc. He has received twice commendation awards of chief of army staff & army commander (North Comd) respectively. He had opportunity to command four Military Hospital, lead from front & took part in Siachen glacier, Kargil war Sri Lanka (IPKF) operations etc. After 33 years of meritorious service in armed forces, on retirement he has joined the prestigious Divine Heart & Multispecialty Hospital as Medical
Superintendent on 1 June 2017. Since then he is looking after the administration of the hospital to ensure care safety, security of patients management successfully.

Responsible for all the activities pertaining to patient care and performance of the hospital
• Responsible for the evaluating the performance of various clinical and supportive departments in the hospital and reporting the same to the Medical Director from time to time.
• In general, he will work to ensure the optimum utilization of the resources with a view to increasing the productivity of the hospital by maintaining high quality of service and patients satisfaction.
• He will also assist the management in planning and execution of new projects including purchase of highly sophisticated and costly equipments by interacting with agencies concerned. These functions will be performed in accordance with the directions issued by CEO from time to time.
• He reports to the CEO and functions strictly in accordance with and within the ambit and policies and procedures laid down by him.
• Responsible and authorized to take corrective and preventive actions against all customer complaints and feedback after discussing in the management review meetings.
• Control of non- conforming products and services.
• Overall control of all functional areas of the hospital. Monitoring Hospitals performance. Dealing with government / stationary bodies.
• Responsible for monitoring the attendance / leave of nursing superintendent & other staff.
• Responsible for coordinate patient complaints and getting them solved to their satisfaction.
• Responsible for formulating various protocols and standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for the training of various departments.
• Monitoring of disposal of Hospital wastes as per procedure.
• Ensure the performance of various medical / paramedical departments.
• Look disciplinary of the hospital.
• Attend the OPD from 10 am to 1.30 pm
• Daily round of Hospital
• Co-ordinate various inspection of the Hospital.
